Our Free Trial Classes

A Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Free Trial class is an opportunity for potential students to experience the basics of BJJ without any commitment. During the trial class, you'll get a feel for the training environment, meet the instructors, see the academy, and participate in a beginner-friendly class that introduces core techniques and movements.

You'll learn the foundational positions, grips, and submissions, and experience a safe, supportive atmosphere where everyone is encouraged to learn and grow at their own pace. The free trial is designed to help you see if BJJ fits your fitness goals and interests, while also giving you the chance to ask questions and understand the class structure.

Feel free to bring comfortable workout clothes (like a t-shirt and shorts) for the class, and we will supply you the Gi for that session. Afterward, if you’re interested, you can discuss membership options and how to continue your BJJ journey!
